Cancellation Policy
Notification of cancellation is required up to 1 hour prior to your appointment time, Otherwise you will be marked down as a DNA (Did not attend)
You will be charged and out of pocket fee of $20/
This policy is in place to stop any misuse of our services and additionally help with re allocation of an appointment.
If you are late 15 minutes past (without letting staff know) it will need to be rescheduled.
