If you wish to talk to your Doctor or Nurse, please do not hesitate to contact us during our operating hours on 03 9038 8342. If the person you wish to speak to is not available at the time, please leave a message with the reception staff and they will contact you as soon as possible. If your call is urgent, please inform the medical receptionist.
Fees and billing arrangements
We are a Mixed-billing medical practice and as such there is out-of-pocket fees for patients not eligible for Bulk-billing. Additionally, there are out of pocket fees for Full Skin Check-ups; Skin Cancer & Minor Surgery Procedures; Repeated Wounds Dressings, Iron Infusion etc. Please speak to reception if you have any questions.
Receiving the results of any test or procedure
We recommend prior to leaving your appointment to book a follow up appointment to discuss all result with your doctor, as we can be book out. Please ensure that all your contact details are up to date as we may need to contact you.
